"Very Bad: won't be going back here"

I was admitted to Clapham where I can't fault the ward then I got transferred to erringham where things went downhill, I suffer from Severe mental health difficulty and had a wobble so asked the nurse in charge for my medication and got told no because it's all in your head!! So instead of receiving my feeding tube (for crohns) I ended up discharging myself and am still very ill now however reluctant to go back in.
