"Absolutely diabolical"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Was told to go to A&E by a doctor at the Walk in Health Centre. Went on a Monday evening when I thought it would be less busy and was treated like dirt by staff. One nurse had a go at me for not having been given paperwork by the Health Centre... Then told me I was a waste of time, pity their colleague at the Health Centre had told me I needed to go to A&E or I wouldn't have bothered to go there. Funnily enough, I'm not a doctor and I can't self-diagnose which is why I was forced to use this service and not because I wanted to spend 8 hours of my life in an A&E. As it is I will never use this hospital again.
