I was seen in the breast clinic because I'd found a lump. I was obviously nervous but even more so because my husband died at the hospital 3 years ago and it was the first time I'd been back. I fainted as soon as the mammogram was over and hit my head on the floor. The staff were so kind and I felt really looked after. They finished the tests etc in the breast clinic as quickly as they could and gave me the diagnosis then took me in a wheelchair to A&E and explained what had happened. I was seen there very quickly. The staff again were lovely. I wish all doctors were like this doctor for their caring, calm, thorough, efficient, friendly manner. Huge thanks to the radiologist in the breast clinic and I'm so sorry I scared you.
"Thank you to the breast clinic and A&E"
