(as the patient),

Baby business- gains a lots from the group, lot happening, good range of toys, talking to other parents and getting support. Made friends with other parents, babies take notice of each other and watch each other. Really helpful staff, friendly and offer good support. Member of staff really good, Tracey! Always includes everyone and goes out of her way to make us feel welcome..

Really good choice of summer activities too, staff helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed story and rhyme time, would like to see this happening again. Nice to see children of different ages mixing together.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We do try hard to make sure our baby groups are engaging and supports parents to make new friends. It is great to hear that the staff, especially Tracy has made you feel so very welcome. All our staff are very experienced and trained in providing good quality play opporunitites for all ages.

We have listened to parents comments on what they woudl like for the summer activities and have ensured that we plan these in throughout the summer.

The story and rhymme sessions are now going to be encorporated into sessions more instead of having it stand alone. There will be a focus on singing time in all sessions and we will running something similar at the library for all ages groups starting in September. Please look at our website for further detail or pop into the centre to pick up your new September timetable.
