"Out of hours"

About: Sussex Eye Hospital

Called the switch bored and was advised i would be put through to the ward. Spoke to a person and was advised i would get a call back as they were doing a shift change. A different person called back and said to call in after 9am the next day as they already had 10 patients to see today and it can't be too bad. ( My eye was literally swollen shut and causing severe pain) put my point forward and all i got in return was "mmm" then a repeat of call back the next day after 9am.
