"Swapped discharge notes"

About: Leighton Hospital

Came home from a very stressful stay at antenatal stay ...was very ill and worried about my baby ... Wasn't kept in the loop at all and had to wait until Monday lunch from Friday night to have a scan .... Finally got discharged today and was sent home with somebody else's discharge notes from her labour ... I'm hoping she hasn't recieved my notes in exchange ..,, poor data protection.

I am concerned to read you did not experience the level of care which I expect on the Maternity Ward at Leighton Hospital.
