What I liked
The arrival and C section and birth of my baby was wonderful it all fell appauling apart from there......
What could be improved
I was abanded for 24 hours after giving birth and a c section. No one checked on us EVER!
I was unable to get water and I was so desperate I drank the water for the flower vase.
I was left desperately upset and in pain.
Ringing my husband numerously to come with food and water. Who became rightly distraught at the total lack of care.
My brand new baby was ignored and I couldn't even wash him.
I managed to organise an immediate transfer to another hospital.
Anything else?
I would do anything to avoid giving birth at St John's Chelmsford and I know I am not alone in these thoughts.
