About: Adult mental health / Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with severe depression and have had fantastic support from all services involved in my care.

My GP was wonderful and referred me to the community mental health team, the psychiatrist and the crisis team. They have been a lifeline and quickly referred me for an assessment for CBT therapy.
