About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

I arrived at ENT at Hairmyres Hospital last Friday 45 minutes early for my appointment. The gentleman on reception said I was very early but I said I would rather be very early than 5 minutes late. I said should I go for a coffee and he said the audiologist, Gerry, might fit me in early I was taken almost immediately and the explanation of the treatment I would receive was great.

Thank you for polite and knowledgable staff.
