"Poor service"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

Just though I would write a review don't usually do this but very unhappy about the quality of service. Firstly after making an appointment to see the doctor as my child has a lot of spots thinking either chicken pox or measles as he has had his first year jabs, we were greated by a less helpful receptionist. The receptionist sat us down and after a half hour wait we asked how much longer, the receptionist then walked out and came to tell us the doctor was not turning in. Walking away the receptionist was talking about how shocking the place was this did not fill us with confidence. Finally we saw a doctor and all the doctor did make the child cry didn't really make us feel like the doctor cared and the asked if it was our first (which it is), this felt like the doctor was trying to insinuate that we were just panicking. The doctor has not filled me with confidence that my child is ok and will be making a further appointment to see my child's gp. Very poor urgent care department.
