"A&E visit"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I visited the a&e department at 8am on a Sunday morning. I went expecting long delays and not much contact with anyone. (This was from previous experience). I have to say, I was totally blown away. First of all, as I walked in the door all I could smell was a clean bleach smell and the reception/waiting area was spotless. Then after checking in, within approx 10mins, I was seen by the nurse. Then not long later I had a blood test. This then followed a chat with the doctor, and again after only about 20mins I had my results. All in all, I was in and out within 2 hours. Very friendly team, and a vast willingness to help. Impressive, would definitely recommend!

Thank you for your comments about A&E which we will share with the team. We are really pleased to hear that you were seen and treated so promptly and that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful. We have also passed your comment about the clean and tidy waiting area onto our housekeeping staff.
