I have attended this department for 6+years and have always found staff to be caring and efficient. Although an extremely busy clinic, they always find time to answer or deal with any query I may have. My only complaint, and this is not down to the clinic, is the problems getting through by telephone. I am very hard to please, so this is an accolade indeed!
