"dreadful receptionist"

About: Cirencester Hospital

We approached the front desk of MIU with cheer and politeness (despite being injured) but were barked at by a very rude receptionist. The receptionist told us we should go to a doctor's surgery as since the changes to MIU, there was no longer a doctor available. We attended due to a sprain...this was a matter for MIU...but the receptionist didn't even give us the chance to explain why we were there before attacking us verbally. I understand all staff must be under pressure and that the receptionist must get grief from some people but that is no excuse to treat us that way. Abuse is not tolerated by staff but it shouldn't be tolerated by innocent patients either.
