"Phone line problems"

Ì have been trying to contact the hospital for the last 24hrs and so have my brother and sister as my mother has been sent there from Dorchester hospital. We are having no luck with the phone being answered. We want to contact mum, and also find out how she is doing. What should we do? This is very poor service.There is only one number advertised.
