"Minor Injuries"

About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

A disgrace, receptionist was very rude, late arriving then demanding to know why patients had not numbered their slips , expecting us to count who is in front of us when there was no one, then asked if we all understood about the services and did we need the receptionist to read the paper out loud !!!!!!, then i witness the receptionist be very dismissive and rude again to an elderley lady. Nurse was very nice. Doctor average. Why it can not go back to a walk in is beyond me, a big area with more development yet we get a high handed worthlesss service like that. Does not inspire confidence or willingness to go go there again.

I am very sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the service you received at the Purley Minor Injuries Unit.

The Minor Injuries Unit is commissioned separately from services provided by Croydon Health Services at Purley War Memorial Hospital and is operated by AT Medics.

I will pass these comments onto them.

If you would like to contact them directly they can be reached at: www.atmedics.org or you can speak to the local service manager, Naresh Subramanian, on 020 8401 3238
