"I attended the Endocrine Clinic ..."

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I attended the Endocrine Clinic in the Treatment Centre. The whole set up was very professional - I was first called in by the nurses to be weighed and have my blood pressure taken. My appointment with the Consultant was prompt and she was very polite, encouraging and caring and I didn't feel rushed at all. I then had to have bloods taken and so went to another brand new facility where the chap was very sensitive about the fact that I normally faint! I did actually faint and he was very kind and looked after me very well. All of the staff were very efficient and caring and although they were extremely busy I never felt rushed or part of a production line. 10/10 to Addenbrookes
