About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived until I left the ward, I was treated with the utmost kindness and proficiency. All the staff were considerate and helpful. The consultant - Mr Wright, made my day. He explained the treatment that I was to undergo in detail. He has reassured me that he hopes to find a solution to a long standing health issue that has depressed me for some considerable time. I would like to award the unit 5*****.
