"Mothers Care"

Mum went into the NELTC for a THR but also removal of an old femoral pin from a previous #. Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank the surgeon who, from pre op appt, thru surgery, post op & right up to discharge appt, treated Mum with dignity, professionalism & provided absolutely fantastic care to her. I cannot praise them enough particularly with such a difficult 2 stage operation. Onto the other staff - and this would include ward nurses, cleaners, cooks, theatre staff, Physio & OT (who came to the ward) portering & admin staff (ditto). and not forgetting all OPD staff. All were genuinely caring, professional & they all worked as part of a team without any problems/challenges around my Mothers care.

My Mum is 87 & was a tad difficult a couple of times but, again, everyone worked professionally & in an absolutely caring, efficeint manner throughout her stay & in OPD.

I would recommend the Ortho service provided very highly.
