"Not impressed"

About: St Richard's Hospital

Went to a&e for the second time due to an injury, was referred to fracture clinic and said I would get a call the next day to arrange an appointment as it was out of hours. Two days later and still no call so no idea what's going on. Not good enough.

We are sorry that you did not hear from us when we said we would call you with an appointment.

We hope you have been able to contact someone at the hospital but as this site is anonymous we are unable to follow this up for you.
