"rude staff"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

i had to have a xray on Tuesday 16/8/16 the reception staff were lovely , but when i was called in to have my xray the two radiographers , spoke in there own language throughout the time i was there which i found rude and uncomfortable .

They should keep this for their break times or when they are on their own time not when they are attending patients
