"Colonoscopy and a flexible sigmoidoscopy"

I had both of these procedures recently.

On both occasions I have nothing but praise for the excellent and expert care I received.

The doctors gave me a reassuring feeling of confidence and were gentle and kind.

I felt safe in their hands.

The nursing and other staff were friendly and caring.

It was a treat to be to be offered tea and and biscuits in the recovery room afterwards.

My only minor criticism was the rather dowdy waiting area of the Endoscopy Unit.

Needs brightening up.
