What I liked

ummmm.

What could be improved

Staff being kind & nice to visits and patient.

When staff say you are going to a scan etc you really do go and not in 1hr time.

Parking prices you need a mortgage to stay for a while.

Saturday we when to hospital for 9am from Bognor and was ment to have a mri scan but didnt have it till 4.30pm!!

Because i parked on the side road i saved £30 in parking...

Disabity parking you have to pay!!!

Very upset and taking this further

Patients and their visitors should never have to pay more than £6.50 for a day's parking, and certain patients receive free parking. Discount forms are available from the ward or department.
