Extremely nervous - never had anything like this before. Really friendly staff who must be aware of this kind of thing. The way I was looked after was excellent and the staff all deserve the highest praise. Keep up the great work. Thanks again. (Nice coffee & great sandwiches!)

It's certainly not unusual for people to be nervous before a hospital procedure so we're glad to hear that you were well looked after - and that you enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches!
