Very pleasant staff from reception to leaving the department on the Hartlepool site. Seen straight away so no waiting time, very considerate member of staff who performed the test. Explained the procedure and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Best thing results arrived within a week of having the test. Very efficient service. Thank You
