"I felt listened to and received excellent information"

About: NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

Just received a call from a community pharmacist who wished to check on a particular medication I had been prescribed from a specialist. Whilst on the phone, he took the time to go through my other medications and sort out the issues I had with them as well as update my repeat prescriptions. I felt listened to and received excellent information. Thanks to the pharmacist and the doctors at the surgery for looking after your patients.

Dear Unhappy36

Thank you for taking the time to post on Patient Opinion. I am pleased to read that you received such a good service from the community pharmacist. It is important that all patients feel that they have been listened to.

Best wishes
Lisa
