"I am grateful for their time and wanting to help me"

About: Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

I have long term depression and sleep problems. While in the waiting room, you can read or talk to other patients. Smiles when I went to reception. The person I saw to talk to listened and understood what I wanted to say and answered my questions.

I was treated politely and courteously and given a summing up of how he perceived me at present. I am grateful for their time and wanting to help me.
