"Trying to find a friend"

I have a very dear friend who was a patient in your hospital ,I think last year,I spoke with an operator who so kind and helpful , they tried everything they could but couldn't get any information about my friend,when I mentioned that they had also been treated at Kings College Hospital , this kind and helpful person told me they would put me through to KCH.

Bravo for this service.I called your hospital because I have just been told that my friend is again in hospital but no one can tell me where!
