"I was booked in for Hysterectomy and bladder..."

I have been suffering for long time with Hormones and bleeding and Urine infections.I work full time and had to have special time off booked for 2 operations in one stay. I came round after anestetic and was informed Hysterechtomy not done. I cannot keep suffering and having my work effected by health. As the patient I know what symptoms I have. Min extremely upset and angry at surgeon. I was placed in different ward afterwards and wasn't offered any food by staff when supper came round and when my daughter visited the ward. I was put in. They told her I wasn't there!!! Very very bad service.
