"A visit with a 3 year old"

My little boy tripped and fell on the cobbles in Stone. A fairly sizeable chunk was taken out of his little head. I cannot praise the staff enough here. They were extremely efficient at getting us and everybody waiting, seen to very promptly. The staff were extremely engaging with my child and made him instantly feel at home making a first visit to hospital seem much less daunting. Thank you to you all for the wonderful job you do.
