I fractured my pelvis and went to Barnsley General, on ward 29. The food wasn't bad, but that's my only positive comment about my stay. I had to wait 33 hours before the doctor made a decision about whether I could eat or drink anything.
I was upset, as I was waiting for 3 days for a doctor to see me. They told me I could go home the next day, then changed their mind because they found another fracture. But why didn't they see it the first time???
