What I liked nothing it was a nightmare and hope i never end up at st james ever again What could be improved? having to wait 9hrs in a waiting room without any thing to eat or drink from night beforeand then taken down to ward 61 to a small roomwhere iwaited 1hr before i was walked too the theatre in a hospital gown where i had an operation for my prostrate Anything else? i was brought back too ward 61with a caviter following day sent home at 12-00 still passing blood because ward closed at 2-00pmbleeding continued for 4weeksand my doctor had me readmittedkept in over night with cavitor sent home next morning still passing blood at no time was i told anything about the opperation i found out what they had done when i telephoned the ward about the bleeding 4weeks after the opperationand spoke too a ward sister

I was sorry to learn of the 9 hour wait prior to your operation, that you experienced complications as a result of the operation and that there was a lack of communication.
