"Doctors are brilliant but add more services!"

This GP at this practice is brilliant. the receptionists are very good, especially when someone is very ill. Also, the COPD nurses are great.

I would like to see more services being offered here, like ear syringing or to see a nurse to have something done, like for my son - he had an operation and needed his wound packing to be changed. We need that service here, not to have to go to a different practice. Also, I can't get registered with the dentist here, which I would like to do.

A helpdesk would be brilliant, people to talk to and ask questions, so that doctors don't have to spend that time.
