Initial consultation (following dentist's referral) felt extremely thorough - yes, there was a lot of waiting involved, however the appointment letter did warn that it might take up to three hours, so I wasn't at all surprised to be sat waiting for a while in their hugely busy waiting area. I was kept well informed of everything that happened, was assisted into the various rooms (due to mobility issues) and was even granted an extra scan on the day, instead of having to wait for an additional scan appointment in two weeks' time. All the staff seemed particularly thoughtful and personable, and were keen to ensure that I understood both the scan results and the potential complexities of choosing surgery. Now waiting for a follow up appointment to be posted out, before the surgery is organised. Absolutely no complaints so far, and I am extremely grateful for receiving such a high standard of care and attention.
"So far, so good."
