the nature of the visit was to have 2 stents fitted. all staff from all departments at all times were friendly, professional, efficient, cheerful and caring. many thanks to the nurse who removed my catheter from my groin for the patience and understanding they showed (I don't think I was very good at fully co-operating with them).
