"disgusted by treatment from MIU nurse 13/08/16"

Visited with my 93 year old mother at 19.40 after a nasty car accident to be told 'come back tomorrow, we close soon' this was said by a nurse while the receptionist was just starting to book us in, my poor mother was in shock and injured, i asked the nurse to quickly look her over to make sure she was safe to travel but they refused, there was no one else in the waiting room nor in the cubicles as far as I could see, why say you are open until 8pm when clearly the nurses don't want to be there 20 minutes before? Do they only get paid until 8pm? Where was the care and compassion for my mother who I took to dvh rather than cause a scene, please have a word with the nurse who was an embarrassment to the NHS
