I visited the unit on the 12th of July 2016 for various investigations including a cystoscopy and all of the staff who were involved in my care that day could not have been more caring and professional.
I was a little apprehensive re the cystoscopy in particular but the procedure was made as comfortable as possible by the team there. As a retired nurse I am so proud that there are so many caring professionals in our NHS,
