I appreciate you taking the time to place your comments on the NHS Choices website. Firstly, I am sorry to hear about your loss and would like to offer my sincere condolences. Thank you for sharing your experiences, as it is important staff deal with patients sensitively under such distressing and difficult situations. I am pleased you were treated well by the midwives in the delivery ward and I will ensure your kind comments are sent to the Head of Midwifery in the hospital.

Ms Rachel Gaffney
