"poor service, no help, waste of time"

About: Sandwell General Hospital / Paediatrics

(as the patient),

we had an appointment at sandwell hospital at 10.15 with my 6yr old son for a check up. After 2 hours of sitting, waiting and asking staff when we would be able to see a consultant and watching numerous patients go in and out even though they had arrived well after us we decided to cancel our appointment . As a result this cost us 2.50 car parking charge and a wasted morning, me and my partner both work and pay tax and this service was an absolute disgrace, nobody tried to help or inform us. I am disgusted with the service and will not be returning to this hospital again
