What I liked

Recently I accompanied my mother on an appointment to the dental hospital yesterday afternoon and I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support we received off the staff. One member of staff on the first floor was especially helpful and greeted us in a manner that was both professional and warm. They made my visit to the hospital a lot more enjoyable.

What could be improved

If I have one criticism of the staff it was in the way the managerial staff addressed the members of staff who had been so kind and helpful to my mother and me. I suggest that the manager takes a leaf out of the book of the wonderful receptionists as this is not the way I expected to see senior staff behave in an environment which is supposed to encourage and comfort visitors and more so the patients.
