What I liked

The Children's Outpatients area.

The staff were all very good from the health care assistants to the consultants, they all provided true child centred care (something that other hospitals in the area should look at)

What could be improved

The lifts are small and slow, so impractical now that children's outpatients is up stairs. I ended up having to carry pram and child down the stairs.

Anything else?

Car parking is not great, but always difficult in a city centre.

I was pleased to learn you received child centred care but sorry to hear you found the lifts small and slow and you had to carry the pram down the stairs.
