Could this message please be noted by Managers. Following surgery twelve months ago I have been looked after in the Therapies building by a member of staff. My final appointment was August 12. I want to thank this member of staff for the treatment, advice, and overall attention they gave to me through several appointments during that period. Their manner was relaxed and re-assuring whilst being professional at all times. The visits were actually very enjoyable, and I just loved that accent! Thanks.
