I have had two appointments with Emma recently and I would like to praise this lady for her compassion and caring attitude, as well as her professionalism. She treats you as a person and not a number! I appreciate the fact that she looks beyond the physical impairments and shows an ability to be kind and understanding, not just on your painful joints etc. but also, on your "painful" emotions! Excellent advice and instructions on performing exercises. I would like to say thank you for employing this young professional, a wise decision indeed!
