From my first visit to the Barley Wood Pre-Assessment Unit to going home following the planned procedure on Thursday 11th August all the staff have been caring, friendly and professional in the care given.

All my questions were answered fully and clearly.

The tea and toast once back on the ward was very welcome.

Also, the Discharge Summary included notes on postoperative care which have proved very useful.

Thanks to all of you for such excellent care.
