I arrived in A&E between 4 and 5 am on Monday 8th August. I was in extreme pain. I went to the desk and handed them a discharge from a previous procedure which I thought might be related (it wasn't), but it gave them all the information they needed without me having to answer a lot of questions. A nurse came out almost immediately and I was called in to A&E department they took blood pressure and without delay I was on a bed in a bay having E C G, ultrasound etc. and blessed pain relief. I was transferred to 7 North and was hooked up to various bottles and bags vis cannula which was inserted in A&E. God bless Ealing A&E and all the doctors and nurses who work there. Without them I really don't know what I would have done.
