"Fantastic service"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

We arrive today just to drop off a sample at microbiology. We parked easily, walked in, asked at reception for directions which were given to us but they were quite complicated as the department was quite a way away. We started to walk and then met a lovely volunteer who took us on their buggy to the department. They were very kind and friendly. We arrived at the microbiology department to be met but a friendly person who answered all of our questions and told us what would happen next. As we came out of the department the person in the buggy was waiting for us to take us back. We were in and out within about 10 minutes and therefore parking was free! What a fantastic experience - thank you so much.
