After having an endoscopy last Saturday the treatment I received from all members of staff was exceptional.It was very busy and my appointment was delayed but a member of staff came and explained the situation.The procedure was done with kindness and understanding,as I was extremely nervous. I would like to thank all the staff who were involved on that day for their kindness and professionalism.
