So the reviews in here do not inspire me to seek help. I took a leap of faith doing the online self referal and never heard back. I understand you are busy, but be careful with your phrasing don't say you will get in touch within 3 working says if it isn't something you can manage. You also say if you don't hear from people again within 2 weeks you won't continue to contact them, but it has been nearly that long and I am yet to hear anything. I now have no confidence in the service that is supposed to help me.

I met with the manager of our Depression and Anxiety Service (DAS) yesterday to discuss your comment and other feedback. She expressed her concern that you did not receive a response and mentioned that it does occasionally happen that the response from the service goes into people's spam email.
