"Server anxiety and panic attacks"

I suffer server anxiety and panic attacks and can't leave my home. I've had alcohol issues which I've managed to get under control. But to get to bridge centre I stupidly drunk. But it's the only way I can get out. They had said home visit. But with dogs and cramped house this isn't ideal. But all the help you offered me was anti depressents this or anti depressents that. Even thou they make me worse. Aggressive and angry. And all round worse. There just not what I need. Tried explaining this, but it's anti depressents or nothing. Now been told to go back to my doctor. Who if I wanted anti depressents I could have got from them anyway. I understand your under strain and probably under bigot but was useless for me and I'm back to square one. Feeling lost and confused with nowhere to turn. I don't want to be drugged out my mind. I just wanted help. Whatever form other then anti depressents. Dimazipan and beta blockers worked good for me before but wasn't aloud them. Anyway very disappointed and overall down. Cheers anyway.
