What I liked

The staff who dealt with me in the neurophysio dept clinic 3A were very helpful and supportive . I was anxious but was very helpful. I was not kept waiting.I was offered a choice of UCLH and Whittington by my GP for referral and chose the Whittington

The cafeteria is an excellent facility

What could be improved

The waiting areas are drab with rows of chairs facing into a corridor no TV or focal point!
