"Poor communication"

About: Tameside General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have no complaint about the ward itself, however when I was done with my surgery at this ward I got told I will need to have an operation it has been 2 months and I have still not recieved no hospital letter for my operation and I'm going through agonising pain everyday. I rang up once and the lady said it will get sent out to me.. 2 months still no letter I rang again after 2 months this hospital kept forwarding my call onto random departments about 7 times so annoyed. In my experience, this hospital has terrible lack of communication.
